1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 92kpk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the 92kpk website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the 92kpk platform, including players who browse without registering and registered account holders who deposit and wager. If you are accessing 92kpk on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.

2.Eligibility

3.Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on 92kpk. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different names or contact details, is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your name, contact number and any other details requested during the registration process. You must not provide false information, impersonate another person, or use someone else's contact details.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. Do not share your login information with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you should contact our support team immediately.

We reserve the right to close any account that we believe has been opened using false information, is being operated by someone other than the registered holder, or is being used in a way that is inconsistent with these Terms.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 92kpk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any point — the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account, and the amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your payment method, subject to any applicable processing times.

92kpk currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfers
• Debit and Credit Cards — where supported by your card issuer

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account. You must only deposit funds using a payment method that belongs to you. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be reversed.

Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance team. Processing times vary depending on the method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. We may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts. Funds can only be withdrawn to a payment method in the same name as your registered 92kpk account.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

92kpk offers various bonus offers and promotional campaigns from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions and event-specific offers tied to PSL, T20 internationals and other major sporting events. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion, which are published on the Promotions page.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement — you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts automatically.
• 92kpk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time and to require additional verification before releasing bonus funds for withdrawal.
• We reserve the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if we determine that a bonus was claimed in a way that violates these Terms or the specific promotion rules.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6.Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 92kpk are governed by the rules specific to each sport and market, which are displayed within the sports section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all sports betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in unless the bet is void under the applicable rules.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to connectivity and odds availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of in-play markets for every fixture.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets may be voided and the stake returned. The specific treatment depends on the market and sport rules.
• We reserve the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, where a pricing error is identified, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation of the event.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of placement.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your 92kpk account balance automatically once the official result is confirmed.

7.Casino Games and Fish Games

92kpk offers a range of casino-style games including slots, live casino tables, fish shooting games and other arcade-style titles. All games available on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer systems to determine outcomes. The house edge on each game varies and is built into the game mechanics.

The following conditions apply to casino and games activity on 92kpk:

• Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and results are displayed on screen. Technical errors during a round — such as a disconnection before the result is shown — may result in the round being voided and the stake returned, at our discretion.
• Fish shooting games operate on a credit system. In-game credits are not redeemable for cash independently — winnings are settled according to the game's payout table and credited to your PKR account balance.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92kpk. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Opening more than one account per person, whether under the same or different details.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to place bets, interact with games or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Exploiting pricing errors, system bugs or promotional loopholes intentionally.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to any other person.
• Abusing our customer support team verbally or in writing.

9.Account Suspension and Closure

92kpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• A chargeback or payment dispute raised against a deposit made to the account.
• A player's own request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests made under Responsible Gaming.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed at your own request without any breach, your remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to the standard withdrawal process.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming can request a temporary self-exclusion through our customer support team. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Requests to lift a self-exclusion before the agreed period has ended will be subject to a cooling-off period.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the 92kpk platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials and software — is the intellectual property of 92kpk or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and recreational purposes only.

You must not use the 92kpk brand name, logo or any associated marks in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation or partnership without our explicit written consent.

11.Limitation of Liability

92kpk provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. We are not liable for losses you incur as a result of:
